Thoughts:

This is a unique set since it is an original Cooke Speed Panchros set that was commissioned to be converted into anamorphic. For that, different optical elements were used, most likely from Cineovision or Lomo anamorphics. Similar sets are available through ShareGrid (which belonged to Old School Lenses Camera House), and at LA Film Boutique, where it is advertised as Cooke-Lomo Vintage Anamorphic.

I have had the opportunity to use these lenses and find them extremely pleasing especially for skin tones. They have this creamy quality that make them simply great for shooting beauty and fashion. Great in minimizing pores of skin imperfections. Beautiful flaring, all on the cooler end. Expect tons of cyan and blue.
